This is an ideal, health-restoring programme for those who want to address a condition such as:

We’ll design a food plan to suit your condition; what to eat, when to eat it and how to cook it. If necessary, we’ll include a tailored supplement programme and diagnostic testing. You will gain access to our website to tried and tested nutritious recipes and free entrance to a cookery demo. With this and our weekly telephone support you’ll make lasting changes and maintain the results you dreamed of. Initial consultation (1 ½ hr), 2 follow-ups (½ hr each) and phone follow-ups: €199

• Jess frequently lectures in Dublin and therefore appointments may be arranged in Dublin also.

Fermoy Clinic: The main entrance to the clinic can be accessed through Connolly Street. As you pass through the main entrance, the door to the physio clinic is on your left hand side.

The Alternative Health Clinic is through an archway attached to Casey’s Florist on Main Street. Casey’s Florist is next door to Shaw’s.
